The alleged Lewiston Shooter Robert R Card ll told authorities he heard people calling him a 'pedophile', which other people attributed to only being voices he heard in his head, meaning he was being 'gaslighted'.

The Republican owned polling projections claimed Trump would win South Carolina in the 2024 Republican Primary over former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley by 35%.

Trump won the 2024 Republican Primary in South Carolina by 20%.

The polls were incorrect by 15%, with the bias in the more Conservative candidate's favor.

This has happened many times in the last 10 years, causing many people not to vote - thinking their vote wont matter anyway.

Rassmussen Wiki:

'For the 2020 United States presidential election, Rasmussen Reports' final White House Watch survey of likely U.S. voters showed Democrat Joe Biden with a 1% lead over Republican Donald Trump, stating that "President Trump and Democrat Joe Biden are in a near tie."[7] Ultimately, Biden won the election by 4.5 percentage points. In 2018, Rasmussen Reports predicted that Republicans would win the generic ballot by 1 percentage point while the actual election results had Democrats winning by nearly 9 percentage points. This error of nearly 10 percentage points was the largest polling error out of major firms who polled the national generic ballot.[8] Rasmussen pushed back against critics after their miss, saying "the midterm result was relatively poor for Democrats compared to other midterms".'

'The Monmouth poll released Thursday is in line with other recent public polling in the state. Trump has led Haley by north of 25% in polls since before she joined the race. FiveThirtyEight’s polling average has Trump up by 30 percentage points.'

'These factors leave voters more vulnerable to bad actors who use deceptive practices to spread false information in an attempt to trick people out of voting. In the United States, there is a long history of using such practices to keep certain voters away from the polls. And in recent years, the internet and social media platforms have increased the threat of vote suppression. For example, a deceptive tweet can reach millions of readers in a matter of minutes.'

Hi John, I'm Keith you can text me at 207 484 1654 if you need to.

567 Main Street, Van Buren, Maine is owned by Hekla Ventures, Llc.

John Garcia is listed as the owner of Hekla Ventures.

Hi John, Judy Hardt has been paying Katie LaBreck and Clint Cullinan to sublet Apt 101 at 567 Main Street in Van Buren.

She was evicted from the old Phil's pizza apartments after filling out an application for the new owner, Cypress Management, paying the $35 application fee then was evicted - so she did not pay her share of the last two months of her section 8 subsidized rent as she saved it to try to find a new place, but the landlords around here got the word from someone that she did not pay her rent.

When she got her $850 check from Governor Mills she signed it and had me give it to Nancy, the town manager at the time as the town owned Phil's Pizza, and I did. That, along with the federal ACAP rent assistance we thought had her paid up - until she was evicted for apparently no cause, as she had passed the HUD inspection.

Not sure who has got it in for her, but thank you for letting her stay here until the court date for her eviction here.

This place, 567 Main Street only needs a little work to make it section 8 qualified.

Mostly all they care about is having a carbon monoxide / smoke detector hard wired into the electrical system and ground fault circuit interuptors in the outlets by the kitchen sink and bathroom sink

They will ask for the two cracked windows in the living room to be replaced and the bedroom door and ceiling tiles to be repaired, but they probably will not disqualify the apartment for that if I can fix them.

We fixed up the apt Nancy got for me putting rubber tile in the bathroom floor, repairing a door someone had punched a hole in and replacing a broken window and putting a foam board in another broken window, while replacing the old smoke detector with a carbon monoxide smoke detector from Amazon.

Katie invited Alton, who eventually lived at one Marann Chasses' apt houses, up from downstate to live here with her. Alton did a lot of work for Maryann and she paid him by knocking off some of his rent when he moved to one of her apts and driving him places and buying him beer. Maryann's husband Gerald passed away from COVID as did her sis Alphena 12. Maryann can't keep up her apartments without Gerald, and she wants to sell them all. She has 8 apartment houses left, we helped her sell the one on Tyler street and possibly 2 others by posting a short video of it on the Bangor Daily News FB and there are HUD Section 8 qualified rent paying tenants in all of them. I asked her if she would sell them to you and she said she would. You can message her here on her FB if you like.

She has a guy named mark who can do all kinds of repairs, electrical, plumbing, heating etc...she said he is some kind of repair genius even tho he can't read very well. Clint stayed with him when Katie would kick Clint out. Mark can maybe fix - anything - !

It looks like the GFCI interupters here in this apt both work well, just the smoke detector would have to be replaced. It is already hardwired.

Judy did none of the damage shown here and she has been keeping the place very tidy and neat.

Maybe it could work out very well for both of you if she could stay here for a few more months if she does not find another place right away - it would mean good publicity for Hekla at the very least.

Mark could help your guy Steve fix all your places up in a jif so you could rent them out while you list them making them more attractive to buyers - renting them to section 8 tenants who are the cash cows around here !

Another advantage to letting Judy stay here is she can get LIHEAP electricity and fuel oil assisstance from ACAP, through DHHS, Maryanne had all of her tenants apply and they pretty much get the heating oil and electricity paid for by ACAP so Maryanne cut their rents way down.
