take new seat off
take new bike back rack off
take chain guard off
take basket off bike rack
take front brake bolt off and put angle bracket on
or put board on angle bracket first to put front basket on
take hose clamps off pipe and remove the bolt holding pipe after we get the dog food
take pipe off of the cart
drill hole through grey pipe to bolt to rear axle holder
drill hole through whatever pipe we attach to cart
measure 2 inch lengths on still bars with 1/2 inch holes inside each end mark
cut 4 brake extenders from the bar
get 4 bolts and 8 nuts for brakes
