i received a $2500 efficiency maine electric vehicle rebate - ty maine dems and gov mills ! - but i can not afford to buy an e v car and with my disability i might not be able to get a driver's license my medical provider said
efficiency maine says i cannot use the rebate to buy an electric bicycle because there is no money to fund the daughtrey bill adding e bikes to the efficiency maine electric vehicle rebate...
plz help !
